Base pay range$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Position Summary and Responsibilities- Lead and develop teams, coaching and training associates while teaching training and actively listening to feedback.
- Collaborate with all levels of associates on store operations, leveraging technology, merchandising and company initiatives.
- Communicate clear expectations, implement business solutions, and keep teams aligned on business objectives.
- Model excellent customer service standards following the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
- Manage and support customer service initiatives and community outreach programs, resolving complaints and issues efficiently.
- Drive financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing P&L statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Ensure effective merchandise presentation, أ seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
- Implement action plans to mitigate shrink and meet sales and profit goals.
- Provide supervision, development, and mentoring, hiring, training, and assigning duties to hourly associates.
- Promote a culture of belonging, recognition, and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with Walmart policies, procedures, Mission & Values, ethics and integrity.
- Apply Walmart's Open Door policy and support change initiatives.
