Fulfillment Technician

Company: Hess Print Solutions.

Location: Sheridan, OH.

Base Pay: $16.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.

• The ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Must work well with others.
• Must be flexible and open to change when needed.
• The ability to work up to 10‑hour shifts.
• Possess a strong attention to detail.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and responsible in fulfilling obligations.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Must be a proven self‑starter to complete projects/work orders.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1‑year bindery experience.
• PC literate, full understanding of Word, Excel, and related software.
• Ability to interpret and utilize various units of measure and their conversions.
• Full operational knowledge of bindery functions.
• Basic small packaging knowledge.

• Prolonged periods of standing while setting up and fulfilling customers’ orders.
• Continuously bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
