Insomnia Cookies - 295 South Water Street - Responsibilities:
Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store;
Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion;
Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone;
Use Insomnias delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers;
Possibly adapt to evening shift availability 7pm - 2am EST
