Position Overview
Responsible for all survey field operations for residential and commercial land development, stream and environmental restoration, and utility projects. Lead the crew as Survey Crew Chief in the Akron‑Cleveland area.

• Lead survey crews, ensuringبوع accuracy and safety for each project.
• Make independent decisions based on sound surveying judgment.
• Apply knowledge to a variety of assignments and troubleshoot field issues.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and interns.
• Maintain and operate survey equipment and company vehicle.
• Interact with internal staff and clients to resolve technical matters.

• Client focused and team oriented.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Strong time‑management skills, able to manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 8‑10 years of full‑time crew chief experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of conventional surveying instruments and GNSS equipment.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.

Full‑time field position with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required based on workload. Work in diverse weather conditions with minimal overnight travel.

$25–$35 per hour, competitive.
