Basic FunctionKent State University's College of Applied and Technical Studies is seeking two (2) full-time, 9 month, non‑tenure track faculty member to teach undergraduate courses with the Associate of Applied Business Degree Program in Business Management Technology. The appointed faculty member may be based at any of our Kent State's regional campuses.
Examples of Duties- Deliver undergraduate instruction in the Business Management Technology Program, part of the College of Applied and Technical Studies
- Master's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Business Administration, Management, or a Business‑Related discipline
- Prior teaching experience at the higher education level
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment
- Ph.D. in Business Management or a related Business field.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience teaching online or distance learning courses.
- Desire to teach courses in prison education program

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements
Light work‑Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Incumbent must be able to communicate with others. Incumbent may be required to travel from building to building frequently and off campus occasionally.
