• Driver positions pay weekly.
• Hours per week: 60+ hours.
• Solo miles pay: $0.70 per mile (average 2000 miles per week).
• Solo stops pay: $33.50 per stop (average 15 stops per week).
• Per diem pay: $60.00 per night (2+ nights per week).
• Layover: $75.00 per night.
• Sign‑on bonus: $1250 after 30 days, $1250 after 90 days.
• Safety bonus: $300 quarterly (four times a year).
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday (1 Saturday per month).
• Start time: 10:00 PM - 5:00 AM dispatch window.

• Deliver to: MI, IN, IL, IA, WI, OH, MN, PA, NY.
• Route:
  Regional.
• Tractor type:
  Sleepers and day cabs.
• Trailer type:
  Dry Van & Reefer 48' & 53’.
• Equipment:
  Manual pallet jack.
• Freight:
  Touch – groceries – pallets – driver assist unload.

• Uniforms and boot allowance provided.
• Paid personal time off starts at day 1 – 80 hours accrued in first year.
• Do not lose paid personal time policy – use vacation time earned, or receive remaining balance at hourly rate.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Proper CDL and endorsements.
• Class A verifiable experience: 9 months within past 3 years, OR 2 years within last 5 years, OR 5 years within last 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.

Some positions may require additional screening, including employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, or customer‑specific background or badging requirements.

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules.
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading if required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
