Job Description Subcontractor Flooring Installers – Multi-Family ProjectsWe are seeking experienced flooring subcontractors to partner with us on multi-family flooring installation projects in and around Kenosha, Wisconsin
. This opportunity is ideal for professional crews who can manage the entire flooring installation process from demolition to final finish
.
Our projects primarily involve multi-family properties
, requiring consistent quality, efficiency, and professional communication.
- Subfloor preparation and leveling
- Installation of various flooring types (LVP, carpet, tile, etc.)
- Transitions, trim, and finishing work
- Maintaining clean, organized job sites
- Coordinating professionally with project managers and other trades
- Ability to complete start-to-finish flooring installations
- Experience working in multi-family or large residential projects
- Experience working in Commercial projects (Preferred)
- General Liability Insurance
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Strong professional communication and reliability
- Ability to meet project timelines and quality expectations
- Work in the Kenosha and surrounding Wisconsin area
- Professional project management and support
