Tile Subcontractor – Multifamily Projects
Jack Laurie Group is currently seeking experienced Tile Subcontractors for upcoming multifamily construction projects in Kenosha, WI. We are looking for reliable crews who take pride in quality craftsmanship, communicate well, and can meet project schedules.
Jack Laurie Group has been a trusted name in flooring and specialty surfaces since 1950, partnering with some of the top builders and developers throughout the Midwest. We are expanding our subcontractor network and are looking for professional tile installers to join our team for current and future projects.
Job Scope- Installation of ceramic, porcelain, and stone tile
- Multifamily units including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Floor and wall tile installation
- Layout, cutting, setting, and grouting
- Ability to follow project plans and specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Proven experience with tile installation in multifamily or commercial settings
- Ability to complete projects on schedule with high quality standards
- Must have own tools and transportation
- Must carry general liability insurance
Workers compensation coverage (or exemption where applicable) - Ability to work independently and communicate with project managers
