Flex Security Officer - Data Center

Flex Security Officer – Full Time – Mount Pleasant, WI Pay

Base pay: $27.00/hr (range: $27.00/hr - $27.00/hr)

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Secure entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or the scene of an incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.

• Must be available any day, any shift (including weekends) and will be stationed at various site locations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record required.
• High school diploma or GED required, or ability to complete a GED program within six months.
• Strong computer or technology skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience is a plus.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
