• Amazing Earning Potential – This is a full‑commission sales position with no cap on income potential. During your first four pay periods of training you’ll receive an additional $15 per hour bonus on top of your commissions. Our sales associates also have quarterly and annual bonus opportunities.

• Guide customers in selecting furniture, arranging financing, and coordinating final delivery.
• Maintain a positive attitude and excellent organizational skills.
• Use computer systems for training and daily sales activities.
• Work standard retail hours, including nights and weekends.
