The Ecommerce Associate Site Merchandiser plays a key role on the Digital Experience team, helping shape and strengthen the Jockey U.S. ecommerce experience. Reporting to the Site Merchandising Manager, this position is responsible for executing and continuously enhancing the online shopping experience from a product perspective—bringing defined merchandising strategies to life across the site.
This role directly supports ecommerce growth by elevating product presentation, strengthening navigation and discovery, and executing promotional and seasonal initiatives across the site. The Associate Site Merchandiser partners cross-functionally to deliver product content and merchandising plans that support businessobjectivesand drive a stronger customer journey.
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Identify photography and copy needs that will bestshowcaseproduct details, highlight key features, and enhance the customer’s shopping experience and understanding of the product.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure shot lists, photography, video, copy, and product data accurately and consistently communicate product features, benefits, and brand standards.
- Support product activation and launch readiness to ensure timelines align with assortment delivery dates, promotional calendars, and key seasonal initiatives.
- Ensure site merchandising readiness for seasonal site updates and all marketing initiatives across channels, including direct mail, social, email, and digital to deliveran optimal product experience.
- Leverage internal site search technology to drive keyword optimizations, search rules, and product recommendations.
- Provide cross channel content teams with product and seasonal stories to help support key initiatives.
- Implement andoptimizeproduct discovery strategies that encourage exploration of the assortment and support thoughtful basket building.
- Oversee promotional pricing execution across the site, ensuring submitted pricing is accurately captured, organized, and reflected correctly. Support promotional opportunities tied to pricing and help assess performance toidentifyadditionalopportunities.
- Utilize analytic reportsto understand product performance, customer interactions with product categories and product stories, and general trends in site use that can be applied to current and future site merchandising strategies
- Maintain strong awareness of site presentation and competitive activity toidentifyopportunities to improve and elevate overall merchandising standards
- Other job duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Experience in the direct-to-consumer industry preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
