Base pay: $32,405–$80,218 per hour;
Unlimited commission potential.

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cell phones, service plans, accessories, and home services.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and stay current on the latest wireless technology and TV packages.
• Process transactions, activate services, and maintain accurate POS and account records.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment, including stocking, merchandising, and break‑room facilities.
• Provide a positive customer experience, respecting the core values of the company.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales goals and present improvement ideas.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BS/BA preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Minimum one year of proven retail sales or direct customer‑facing experience.
• Physical capacity to stand for long periods, lift and move equipment, and work 40+ hours per week.

Fluency in Spanish is required. Applicants must complete the required assessment before an interview.
