Auto Zone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! Customer Service, ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. Store employees maintain well‑stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. They play a vital role in driving sales, maintaining store operations, and fostering a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point‑of‑sale procedures and loss‑prevention policies to ensure proper financial management.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Use structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up‑to‑date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Minimum Age Requirement:
  Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

  Schedule:
  
  Availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Automotive Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Exceptional Communication:
  Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail
  
  Experience:
  
  Previous experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification:
  Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
