• Lead a team of Quality Control Laboratory and Field Technicians.
• Under the direction of the Area Manager, effectively manage, coach, and develop quality control technicians while performing proactive management of construction and manufacturing quality control processes and preparatory requirements to ensure ethical compliance.
• Complete a robust training program to obtain necessary certifications and full role responsibilities.
