** is seeking motivated Crew Members to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch service. We currently have openings for both
** Maintenance
* * and
** Enhancement
* * roles. In either position, you’ll contribute directly to the visual appeal and health of diverse landscapes, ensuring each area reflects our high standards. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the beauty of our clients' properties through expert care and seasonal pruning.
** Responsibilities and Duties
** While tasks may vary based on your specific crew assignment, core duties include:
* ** Maintenance Focus:
** Conduct general maintenance duties such as precision lawn mowing, edging, and trimming.
* ** Enhancement Focus:
** Execute landscape enhancements, including planting new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs.
* Remove weeds and dead plants as needed to preserve the health and natural beauty of the landscapes.
* rim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves to ensure an appealing, professional look.
* Safely operate various landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tillers.

Job Requirements
* At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper or similar role.
* Proficiency in operating maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
* Landscaping is physically demanding—expect to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
* Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
* High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time
