PM Shift or NOC Shift

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time

• Oversee patient-care operations on PM or NOC shift, assigning and monitoring staff nurses, and identifying and implementing quality improvements.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Support resident care plans and clinical documentation
• Lead and guide CNA staff
• Promote resident safety and comfort
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team

• Active RN License in Wisconsin
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for caring for the aging population
