What You’ll Do / Responsibilities- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
Responsibilities include: - Providing safe, therapeutic, evidence‑based nursing care in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrating adaptability by floating to multiple care environments within a designated Zone, integrating quickly into new departments, and collaborating with diverse teams
- Leading efforts that support the safest patient environment and best possible patient experience
- Coordinating care for diverse patient populations within various acute‑care, hospital outpatient departments and clinic settings
- Maintaining the competency required to practice in all facilities within the designated zone
- Ambulatory Float RNs support Day Surgeries, Pain Management, Surgery Center, GI Services, and possibly Wound Care
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS
- Experience:
Minimum 1 year Ambulatory or ICU RN experience required; 2 years strongly preferred
- Travel‑nursing‑style variety — without the travel:
Work across multiple (5-7) Aurora Health facilities through day‑to‑day floating or 6‑week site rotations - Fresh, dynamic work environment:

Additional Details- Experience:
Strongly prefer 2 years Ambulatory or ICU RN Experience - Schedule:

- Shift: 8-hour shifts (start time vary based on procedure schedule);
Days – NO CALL, WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS - Support Sites:
