Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare to our residents. This position is essential in fostering a safe and supportive environment while ensuring that each resident receives personalized care tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in an assisted living setting.
  • Administer medications, perform assessments, and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Educate residents and provide emotional support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to coordinate care.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices related to senior care.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on building relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic health records systems is a plus.
  • Clinical skills, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing care plans.
  • Ability to provide patient education and emotional support.
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining patient records and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
