Lead and contribute to project scheduling activities for pharmaceutical programs as described by the job posting. Specifically, you should be able to interface with clients and other inter-office disciplines at a senior level, and apply resourcing and cost to schedule activities. You should be pro-active, adaptable, and able to motivate team members. You will be expected to set priorities and meet critical time deadlines, and to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Candidates should ideally have a bachelors degree or equivalent, in an appropriate Engineering discipline
• 15 plus years of relevant experience, in pharmaceutical sector preferred
• Excellent Primavera P6 skills
• Fully conversant with forms of contract, competent in financial and contractual matters
• Understand and be able to apply resourcing and cost to schedule activities
• Must be pro-active, adaptable, and able to motivate team members
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must be a self-starter and possess leadership qualities
• Able to set priorities and meeting critical time deadlines
• Able to interface with both clients and other inter-office discipline at a senior level
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, construction sequencing and logistics
• Strong command of written and spoken English

• Experience working in Owner organizations or as an Owners Representative.
• Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing or manufacturing of medical devices or related industries.
• Experience with very large capital program organizations.
• Experience using Oracle Primavera Unifier PMIS
