• Managing a portfolio of high‑value consumer and business customers.
• Leading the team to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Leveraging tools and technology to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
• Maintaining knowledge and educating the team on all products, services, technology, and policies.
• Actively engaging in the community and developing key business and community relationships.
• Developing internal partnerships to drive business in the market area.
• Overseeing the recruitment and hiring process to ensure the branch is staffed with colleagues who fit Huntington’s culture.
• Providing necessary resources to support the team.
• Managing overall branch operations, adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Understanding branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Demonstrating expertise in banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, colleague development, communication, and presentation.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year in a goal‑driven retail sales leadership role, or a Bachelor’s Degree.

• Bachelor’s Degree and prior management experience.
• Ability to understand, drive, and lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, and business lending.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Ability to develop, influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to increase retention.
