Join CBRE as a Senior Facilities Manager and take the lead in shaping operations at a ground breaking Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical campus. In this onsite role, you’ll oversee all aspects of building operations and maintenance across a dynamic facility portfolio in the Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie, WI area. This is a rare chance to lead a brand-new, rapidly growing site, ensuring world-class standards in reliability, safety, and compliance.

- Provide formal supervision to employees. Track the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
- Coordinate and develop the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
- Coordinate and run facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
- Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
- Prepare and handle large and high-profile capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
- Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations.
- Suggest and implement operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
- Create environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
- Develop vendor relationships and oversee invoicing procedures. Review and approve purchase orders for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
- Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
- Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards.
