We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our thriving manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that will allow you to utilize your skills and experience in a challenging and rewarding environment. You will play a crucial role in our company's growth by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse workforce, ensuring their needs are met and that they are equipped with the necessary tools to succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as a consultant to Management on human resource-related issues and providing day-to-day performance management guidance.
  • Conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary, including workers  compensation claims.
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues and conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Developing and conducting training programs to ensure compliance and enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Managing and tracking leaves of absence (LOA) and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests.
  • Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation and developing HR policies as needed.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Participating in the evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs and reporting on this matter to HR management and business leaders.
  • Utilizing HRIS systems for tracking and reporting, specifically ADP Workforce Now.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years  experience in Human Resources, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in conducting investigations, managing workers  compensation claims, and handling LOA and FMLA requests.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or UKG HRIS system.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • A Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
