Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 3rd shift with 7 days on, 7 days off rotation schedule

• Rotation starts on Thursday and runs through the following Wednesday

• Thursday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday shifts: 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Work independently in CT department with support of an X-ray technician onsite

• Transport patients to and from examinations

• Provide CT services for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients

• Maintain 1:1 patient ratio

• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT (CT registered)

• Must have 2 years of CT Canon (Toshiba) experience with hospital 80-slice scanner

• Must have 2 years of Medrad Stellant injector experience

• EPIC experience required

• Skills required include basic CT principles and practices, peripheral IV starts with IV contrast injection skills, and good communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with Canon/Toshiba 40 & 80 slice scanners is beneficial

• At least one orientation shift provided to learn department flow

• Any scrub color acceptable

This 74-80 bed healthcare facility serves as a Level IV Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center, providing comprehensive medical services to the community. The facility features modern CT imaging equipment including Canon/Toshiba scanners and utilizes EPIC charting systems. The organization maintains high standards for patient care with dedicated department supervision and support staff to ensure quality imaging services around the clock.
