We are seeking a compassionate and motivated ISDE Worker to support adults in developing life skills and achieving personal goals through the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program.
Position OverviewAs an ISDE Worker
, you will:
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to adults with mental health needs
- Help clients build essential life skills, such as budgeting, job readiness, and social engagement
- Develop and implement individualized goals for personal growth
- Facilitate structured activities and provide emotional support
- Respond to crises with professionalism and care
- Safely transport clients as needed
- Location:
Based in Kenosha, WI (local travel required; mileage reimbursement provided) - Schedule:
Flexible, part-time hours between 9:00 a.m.
- 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday - Work Options:
