FULL TIME 1ST SHIFT CAREGIVER
Kenosha Senior Living is currently seeking a caregiver to join our team of dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, their families, and our community.

The caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. They encourage resident independence, support resident choice, and preserve resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.
Critical Success Factors- Exhibits a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others.
- Displays personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
- Demonstrates consistent work attendance as scheduled and addresses work‑related problems with the proper individuals.
- Shows strong communication skills, including careful listening, sensitivity to others’ thoughts and feelings, thoughtful responses, and timely, accurate reporting to the appropriate people.
- Maintains confidentiality of both resident and staff information.
- Maintains a neat, clean appearance.
- Participates in designated facility in‑services and helps new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities.
- Prior direct care experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
