Part Time 1st Shift Caregiver – Sunset Woods Senior Living

We are seeking a dedicated caregiver to support residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Encourage resident independence, support choice, and preserve dignity through professional conduct and interactions.

• Exhibits a positive customer-service attitude, approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others.
• Displays personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
• Maintains consistent attendance and addresses work-related problems with appropriate individuals.
• Communicates with careful listening, sensitivity to others’ thoughts and feelings, thoughtful responses, and timely and accurate reporting.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Presents with neat, clean appearance.
• Participates in facility in‑services and helps new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities.

• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Meets age requirements per facility policy and state regulations.
