Accounting Manager

• Support monthly close, forecasting, and financial reporting for a major business segment
• Own complex account reconciliations and financial analysis
• Partner with operations and leadership on performance, trends, and drivers
• Contribute to P&L reviews, variance analysis, and ad hoc business cases
• Help improve processes, reporting, and financial visibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in accounting, finance, or audit (public + industry a plus)
• Strong skills in reconciliations, analysis, and financial reporting
• Experience in large or middle-market environments preferred
• Someone ready to grow—either a strong Senior ready for Manager scope or early Manager level

• Base salary up to ~$110K plus 12–15% bonus (with upside)
