TECHNICAL SERVICE - PROBLEM SOLVING
* Interfacing with customers via phone and email for troubleshooting and product functionality
* Traveling to customer locations for installations, assessments and repairs
* Documenting data obtained during all technical service activities
* Looking for opportunities to reduce cost and improve overall quality

What we are looking for:
* Bachelors’ degree or certification in mechanical or electrical systems or equivalent work experience
* Three+ years experience with HPD technical support role
* Working knowledge of/experience with mechanics, electrical panels, VFD drives, PLCs and industrial controls
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs, CRM and ERP/JDE is a leader in the door and docking industry.  This role supports High Performance Doors, under the brand names , , and , on-site in the Kenosha, WI facility.

LI-onsite

Technical Service Specialist with previous High Performance Door experience needed to support manufacturing facility in Kenosha, WI.  This position requires up to 50% travel to customer sites.  Candidates must live in a major metropolitan area for ease of travel.
