REQUIREMENTS- Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Two years of educational management experience
- Three years of Higher Education or Adult Learning experience
- Doctorate degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Prior leadership experience with pre-licensure professional healthcare programs
- At least 10 years of academic or operational experience
- Five years of professional experience in serving adult-learners
- Two years of experience in campus operations management
- Three years of experience or more in one of the following areas in Higher
Education:
teaching, student services, and/or accreditation
Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. Salary ranges from $126,000 to $171,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition waiver and reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Director of Campus Operations (DOCO) is the leader of campus operations, promoting a positive environment for all employees and students while aligning with university standards. In partnership with program and university leadership, the DOCO is responsible for hiring, development, and performance management of assigned personnel. The DOCO monitors and meets budgetary goals for instructional cost, student retention, and student and employee satisfaction at the campus level, and represents and promotes the campus in the community through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
The DOCO oversees student support and satisfaction, collaborating with campus leadership and functional leaders to analyze student retention, needs, programmatic standards, learning outcomes, and faculty development. The DOCO may delegate duties but remains ultimately accountable for quality and execution of all campus initiatives in assigned areas.
Continuous improvement of the campus is a key responsibility, engaging with functional leadership and university personnel to develop and maintain strategic priorities and collect data for performance analysis. The DOCO supports local initiatives such as Program Advisory Boards and ensures documentation of meetings and initiatives meets system expectations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Ability to move about readily and rapidly, if necessary, around campus, classrooms, clinical settings, etc., to access classrooms, desks, students, office machinery, clinics, patients, etc.
- Constantly communicates using the spoken word with students, staff and colleagues
- Visually or otherwise identify, observe and assess
- Operate equipment specific to programmatic track, personal computer, audio-visual equipment, etc.
- Travel to off-site meetings or conferences or to observe students during clinical education at off-site clinical settings
