Clubhouse Attendant

LV Property Management, LLC is seeking part‑time clubhouse attendants to supervise the pool and clubhouse area at our community in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

In this role, you will be required to welcome and attend to our guests, enforce rules and regulations, among other duties. This position is seasonal from May through September.

Salary: $15-$16

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Excellent customer service skills

• Greeting and assisting residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensuring that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of clubhouse and surrounding grounds.
• Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the state and/or management office.
• Reporting any damages or incidents to the supervisor.
• Observing and monitoring the pool.
• Assisting in community events.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to move and lift heavy furniture and equipment.
• Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
• Ability to have difficult conversations.
• Weekends, holidays, and evening hours are required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to maintain logs and records.
