Overnight Member Service Representative

The Overnight MSR will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

• Basic computer skills.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Standing and walking during shifts.
• Talking in person and on the phone.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional contact with cleaning chemicals.
