Registered Practical Nurse – Princess Court – Dryden

Wage Range - $29.52 - $34.46/hour

Princess Court is seeking a compassionate and skilled RPN to join our care team. In this role, you'll provide quality nursing care and support residents’ daily living, while working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure resident health, safety, and dignity.

Qualifications:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (RPN or RN)
• Current CPR certification (Heart Saver)
• Pharmacology and aseptic technique training
• Foot care certification and gerontology experience an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy preferred
• Clear criminal record check and TB test required
• Physical ability to perform essential job duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver resident-focused care in line with care plans and CNO standards
• Administer and monitor medications and treatments
• Support assessments, documentation, and care planning with the RN
• Participate in care conferences and family education
• Promote resident independence and dignity in daily activities
• Uphold infection control and safety standards
• Assist with new resident orientation and interdisciplinary communication
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain professional competence
