Order Desk Clerk; NOC

Overview

Fresh Market Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Order Desk Clerk to process orders efficiently, assist customers, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately shop for customer orders, create AWBs, weigh boxes, and ensure proper documentation.
• Process order payments using various methods, including charge accounts, EMT, and credit cards.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Address complaints or concerns effectively while maintaining a positive experience.
• Ensure Nutrition North subsidy savings are applied to eligible customer purchases.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and assigned administrative tasks.
• Work with other departments to improve processes and support workflow.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members as required.
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, and maintain customer confidentiality.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company updates.

Starting at $17.60 – $19.00 per/hour (depending on experience)

Fresh Market Foods will cover a one-time round-trip travel cost for the successful candidate to our location and back to their permanent residence at the end of the work period. This does not include the cost for a full trailer move (household goods, trailers, or large personal belongings etc).
