Starting Wage: $18.00 - $23.00

- This team works with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
- Travel weekly to customer locations across the region.
- Prioritize safety – transport team members safely, adhere to traffic laws, conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, cleaning.
- Count and record inventory accurately.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Move between inventory locations; often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity‑based wage increases.

- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver; at least 18 to drive personal vehicle.
- Desired experience:
Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, Warehouse. - No inventory experience? Training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, stay active during shifts.
- Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

- Valid driver’s license minimum 36 months.
- Minimum three years proven driving experience.
- Willing to submit pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation.
- Availability for flexible schedules with very early mornings or late nights.
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequent low positions, use ladder, lift up to 25 lbs, travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays up to 4 days a week.
