What You'll Do- Go door-to-door using a proven, consultative sales approach
- Educate homeowners on pest control services and tailored solutions
- Build rapport and confidently guide conversations
- Track daily activity and performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and field coaching
- $1,000–$2,500+ per week based on performance
- Uncapped commission — no income ceiling
- Fast payouts with strong upfront and backend commissions
- Bonuses, incentives, prizes, and team competitions
Top performers earn multiple six figures annually. Results vary based on effort, consistency, and coachability.
