OverviewAs a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will engage customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcase the latest premium PCs, and bring AI and other dynamic technologies to life. Building relationships with store associates and effectively communicating the value proposition will drive revenue growth and increase unit sales.
Day-in-the-Life & Responsibilities- Demonstrate premium HP PC products and accessories at a big box retail store.
- Engage and build rapport with customers, creating a memorable experience.
- Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s).
- Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories and services focusing on PC innovation.
- Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
- Report and share competitive insights.
- Sell products and services in various retail environments.
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
- Assist customers in making selections and build confidence.
- Accurately document and report sales.
- Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well organized and presentable.
- Submit all paperwork fully and accurately.
- Consistent weekend schedule.
- Next day pay on-demand with Daily Pay.
- Paid online training.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-year job experience required; 6 months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
- Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections.
- Outgoing personality; comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products.
- Retail experience or customer service experience a plus.
- Training or product demonstration experience a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
