Registered Nurse (RN) | Kennewick, WA

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one‑on‑one, patient‑centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission‑driven, nurse‑led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors.

Range: $48–$58/hr + $3/hr shift differential for any weekend or night shifts. The listed range reflects entry‑level to highly experienced applicants.

• Provide skilled, in‑home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.

• Current RN license in the state of WA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre‑employment screenings.
