*** Deliver
** one-on-one skilled nursing care
** in home settings (wound care, catheter care, medication administration, symptom management)
* Perform assessments, evaluations, and skilled observation
* Educate patients and caregivers
* Collaborate with healthcare team for cohesive care
** Requirements:
*** Current
** WA LPN license**
* ** BLS certification** (AHA)
* Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
* Home Health or Hospice experience preferred (not required)
