Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neonatal ICU (Level II Special Care Nursery) night shift position requiring a WA or compact RN license.
Responsibilities- Work in a Level II Special Care Nursery (NICU) in a hospital setting
- Neonatal and newborn patient population
- Night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week travel assignment
- No on-call requirements mentioned
- Deliver acute care to neonates and newborns in a Level II nursery environment
- Holiday coverage may be required based on the hospital schedule
- Team-oriented work environment with support from experienced NICU staff
- First time travelers are accepted
- Scrub color or dress code not specified
- Active WA or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent neonatal ICU or Level II nursery RN experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (RQI not accepted)
- Must provide Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
- Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Permanent address must be at least 60 miles from the facility
- Cannot be employed full time elsewhere
- Proof of active licensure required at time of consideration
