• Wage scale: $40.81 - $75.65 per hour

The registered nurse (RN) plans, coordinates, and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on the Intensive Care Unit. The RN ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the assigned unit and the organization.

They remain flexible to changing systems, demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, and treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect.

• 2:1 Ratio
• 12 Hour Shifts

You will make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan‑of‑care intervention and serving as a patient‑care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting‑edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

• $10,000 - $25,000 Commitment‑Incentive Bonus (Pro‑Rated for Part‑Time)

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.

• BLS, ACLS, TNCC required
• 1 year of experience required
