Do you enjoy working outdoors, running equipment, and seeing the results of your hard work at the end of the day? We’re looking for someone who doesn’t mind a little dirt on their boots and takes pride in keeping things looking sharp.

At Benton PUD, you’ll help keep our facilities clean, safe, and well‑maintained — all while working with a great team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Tackling grounds maintenance — mowing, edging, weeding, raking, watering, shoveling, and keeping things litter‑free
  • Driving a full‑sized truck and trailer
  • Operating equipment like chainsaws, stand‑on mowers, edgers, and string trimmers
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • You know your way around landscape maintenance and vegetation control
  • You’re comfortable (and safe!) using hand tools and gas‑powered equipment

  • You take safety seriously and look out for your team

If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining clean and safe facilities, and value teamwork and safety, we encourage you to apply.
