A Senior Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients. This position balances a complex daily workload, with multiple conflicting priorities, while providing superior customer service. A Senior PCC will perform all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of the facility.

The Senior Patient Care Coordinator coordinates seamless care for patients, balancing a complex daily workload and multiple priorities while delivering superior customer service. The role supports a team-oriented approach and aligns with the facility’s mission and values.

• 2 years - Experience in a Patient Care Coordinator or customer service type role.
• 1 year - Patient Care Coordinator type role within Providence or 2 years external administrative medical office type role.
• Complete ministry required education and champion/development areas.

Posted wage ranges and compensation details are provided; the successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. This base pay range may be supplemented by additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
