Join Kadlec Regional Medical Center as a Nursing Manager to lead daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards.

• Operate the nursing unit under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Ensure quality patient care by establishing and maintaining clinical standards of practice while meeting unit staffing requirements.
• Plan, assess, and evaluate orientation and education requirements, ensuring compliance.
• Prepare and manage the annual unit budget, including operational and capital items.
• Update hospital policies and procedures and coordinate unit and organization quality improvement activities.
• Stay current on clinical issues and trends; intervene appropriately with patients, families, and physicians.
• Support and demonstrate Kadlec’s mission, vision, and values.

Full‑time, 40 hours weekly, Day shift.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing or higher from an accredited institution, or in‑progress with completion within three years of hire.
• Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the required specialty area.

• Previous management experience.
