How You'll ContributeA Speech Pathologist who excels in this role:
- Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition. Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
- Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services. Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

- Required Licenses:
Licensed Speech Therapist;
Current licensure with WA Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology - Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire - Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
