Dietary Aide

Regency Canyon Lakes is a 53 bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to high quality care and service of our residents. We are currently looking for part
-time and PRN team members to join our Regency dietary team. We look forward to speaking with you!

As a dietary aide, you will prepare food for residents and fill requests. You will also plate food, wash and sanitize dishes.

• Ensure that condiment and beverage containers are clean and filled
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Maintain infection control standards
• Plate food
• Wash and sanitize dishes
• Relate and communicate appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees

• Can obtain Food Handler’s card
• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Lift and move up to 40 pounds
• Have compassion and interest in working with the senior population
• Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe demeanor
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
