- Client Consultation:
Engage with clients to assess their insurance and healthcare needs, providing personalized advice and solutions. - Sales Prospecting:
Identify and pursue new leads to expand the agency's client base and reach. - Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest offerings in life, health, and Medicare insurance products to effectively educate and assist clients. - Policy Recommendations:
Present clients with tailored insurance plans that align with their individual requirements and budget. - Bilingual Communication:
Use your language skills to effectively communicate with clients who speak Spanish. - Compliance:
Ensure all transactions and interactions comply with state and federal insurance regulations and guidelines. - Relationship Building:
Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients built on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
- Licensing:
Active Life/Health/Medicare insurance license is a plus. We will consider applicants without an insurance license. - Skills:
Proficiency in both English and Spanish - Experience:
Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is beneficial but not required. - Skills:
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities - Detail-Oriented:
