• The warehouse associate is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders.
• The warehouse associate is responsible for virtually all day-to-day tasks that keep the warehouse running efficiently, including receiving, labeling, storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, accurately filling customer orders, and picking parts to fulfill orders.
• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Scan items into the warehouse management system.
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Preparing orders for shipment.
• Picking orders for shipment.
• Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operating stock management tools such as powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
• Routine cleaning duties.
• Interfacing with management to ensure key objectives are realized.
• Maintaining safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Minimum requirements:
  
  Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10–50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach.
• Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/or stairs) or balance.
• May be subject to environmental conditions with protection from weather but not necessarily from temperature changes.
• May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
• Specific vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
• Attention to detail, great communication skills, time management skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
• Must work well with other staff members and supervisors.
• Open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and overtime.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse; maintain and promote workplace safety.
