Overview

At Endries, our Warehouse Associate primary goal is to get our shipments accurately counted and out the door to our customers on time! Our team is growing and we're looking for individuals that would love to come here and help us with process improvement in this area so that we can service our customers in the most efficient ways possible. We offer a clean work environment where we pick, package and ship orders, requiring basic math skills, data entry and lifting packages up to 50 lbs - when needed. Are you interested in learning to drive a forklift?!? We'd love to train you!

• Support accurate counting and timely shipment of orders.
• Assist with picking, packaging and shipping orders, using basic math and data entry.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed and participate in process improvement initiatives.

• Strong attendance record, basic math, reading and writing skills, and be 18 years of age or older.
• Interest in forklift operation and willingness to be trained.

The starting wage range is $16.00 per hour. In addition, there is a skill block program with the opportunity to earn up to $1.25 more per hour as you learn more skills, as well as the opportunity to gain a productivity bonus paid out every pay period. We also provide t-shirts for work and reimbursement for steel toes.
