As an installer, you’ll work on sunrooms, pool cages, and screened enclosures from start to finish, delivering high-quality results on every job.
Your role includes:
- Preparing all materials and tools before heading to the job site
- Coordinating with the Installation Manager on supplies and schedules
- Keeping each project on time and up to standard
- Documenting progress using company-provided devices
- Meeting all building codes and engineering requirements
- Leading assistants and ensuring top-notch craftsmanship
- Maintaining professional customer interactions
- 5+ years of construction experience (carpentry, windows, roofing, or framing)
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math and measuring abilities
- Remodeling experience is a plus
- Hourly pay from $18–$28 based on experience
