About the Role

If you're a high-ticket in-home sales professional who's consistently closed $20K+ deals and thrives in a performance-driven environment, this is your opportunity to scale with a trusted brand and a steady flow of appointments.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home consultations and close premium renovation projects.
  • Build relationships, present solutions, and drive results.
  • Manage leads, proposals, and follow-ups via our CRM and digital tools.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in-home or outside sales experience (home improvement, construction, or high-ticket preferred).
  • Proven track record of closing large deals consistently.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient under pressure.
  • Tech-proficient:
    Daily hands-on use of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), iPads/tablets, mobile apps for real-time proposals, electronic contracts, photo documentation, and performance tracking—must be independent and adaptable to new tools.
  • Valid driver's license + reliable transportation.
  • Able to pass background check and drug screen.
Required Skills
  • 100% performance-based with uncapped commissions and volume accelerators.
  • Path to success:
    Strong closers hit $100K+ in Year 1; elite performers leverage our leads and system to exceed $200K+.
Preferred Skills
  • We re building a winning team in a supportive, no-micromanagement culture with quarterly events, annual incentive trips
Pay range and compensation package

Realistic $100K–$150K Year 1 for consistent performers; top reps exceed $200K–$250K+ with accelerators for volume.
